The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of netprotrixum and its licensors. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service. However, by using our Service, you grant netprotrixum a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, process, and analyse such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website or in your service agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in your service agreement.
We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing customers. Continued use of the Service after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to netprotrixum for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless netprotrixum and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
